Life doesn’t always fit a neat category.

BEFORE YOU SPEND ON REPAIRS
Compare what you could keep.
A direct sale may avoid a listing agent’s commission if you have no obligation to pay one. Compare the offer, repairs, fees, closing costs and timing—not just the headline price. An as-is offer may be lower than a marketed sale.
We explain the proposed terms before you decide. No obligation to accept.
Every property and situation is different. We review the details with you before proposing a next step.
A different perspective on what comes next.WHY S.C. SELLER SOLUTIONS

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Information first.
Your decisions remain yours.
Do I need to make repairs before selling?
No. We buy homes as-is. You do not need to make repairs, renovate, or get the home move-in ready before selling to us. Tell us about its current condition. Any offer and purchase terms are subject to review and a written agreement.
What would SC handle if we move forward?
We coordinate the property review, explain proposed terms, and help organize the agreed steps toward closing. You provide accurate information and review and sign any agreement. The appropriate title, escrow or closing professional handles title and payment. We explain SC’s role, including any assignment, before you decide.
How will I know what I would actually receive?
Before you sign, ask for the purchase price, any fees or closing costs, and estimated proceeds after any mortgage payoff or other deductions. Who pays each cost must be clear in the written terms. A purchase price is not the same as your take-home amount.
Can you work with my deadline?
Tell us the date that matters to you. We review the property, ownership and closing requirements before confirming a schedule. Title issues, missing documents or other conditions can affect timing. No closing date is guaranteed by an inquiry.
How would I receive my money?
If a sale closes, the closing professional handles the funds under the written settlement instructions and confirms the payment method and release timing. We explain the agreed steps with you. Sending an inquiry or receiving an offer does not itself create a payment.
Can someone I trust review the details with me?
Yes. Take time to ask questions and review any proposed agreement with a trusted person or an independent adviser before deciding. You stay in control of whether to move forward.
Does an inquiry mean I’ve agreed to sell?
No. Sharing an inquiry is a starting point, not a commitment. You choose whether to consider any later step.
Will I receive an offer?
An inquiry does not guarantee an offer, a particular service, or an outcome. Any possible next step requires its own review and your decision.
What if information about my property looks wrong?
Use Message us to describe what looks wrong. We check the record and your authority before changing protected information. Ownership disputes, legal deadlines and completed transactions need appropriate professional review.
